1000 Women Project – Opening Night

On February 25, 2026, I participated in the Opening Night of the International 1000 Women Project — happy to say that I was selected to serve as a mentor within this global initiative.

Organized by WOW University, the project brings together women from different countries, industries, and professional backgrounds. What connects them is not similarity of experience, but shared direction:

Growth.
Ambition.
The courage to step forward.

The opening evening gathered founders, leaders, and professionals who are building careers, businesses, and families — often while simultaneously questioning their next level of expansion. It was a space characterized by vision, drive, and honest reflection.

This aligns closely with my professional focus. I work with ambitious women in leadership and business who seek structure in their responsibilities, clarity in their decisions, and strength in their leadership — without burning out or losing themselves in the process.

Mentoring within this initiative supports women who are expanding globally, stepping into larger roles, and navigating meaningful transitions.

The International 1000 Women Project reflects a model of growth grounded in collaboration rather than competition — where elevation happens collectively.
