On February 12, 2026, I participated in the “Esi Daugiau” Coaching Conference — a full-day event dedicated to professional growth and reflective leadership within the coaching community.
There is a distinct quality to spaces where people gather with a shared commitment to development — both their own and that of others. The conversations and reflections throughout the day reinforced the idea that coaching is not only a profession, but a responsibility that requires ongoing depth, awareness, and standards.
Two keynote sessions stood out.
Clare Beckett-McInroy brought systemic insight, intellectual rigor, and human depth to her presentation. Her perspective connected strategic thinking with relational intelligence, highlighting the evolving expectations placed on coaches working in complex environments.
Oleg Lapin offered a psychologically nuanced and layered exploration of human dynamics. His talk invited deeper reflection on the inner processes that shape leadership, relationships, and personal responsibility.
I also served as assistant facilitator in a workshop on finding balance in life. Supporting the space from within — observing group dynamics, contributing when appropriate, and helping maintain structure — provided a practical lens on how balance is explored not as a concept, but as an embodied practice.
The conference reflected the continued maturation of the coaching field in Lithuania, emphasizing psychological depth, systemic awareness, and practical application.
A focused and thought-provoking professional gathering.
