On November 27, 2025, I participated in the Financial Freedom Forum in Lithuania — an impactful event dedicated to strengthening financial literacy, long-term thinking, and empowered decision-making.
As a coach working closely with women in leadership and business, I am constantly reminded that money is never only about numbers. It is about confidence. Choice. Security. The freedom to lead without fear influencing every decision. This theme resonated deeply throughout the forum.
What made the experience especially meaningful was the diversity of participants and the openness of conversations. Beginners sat alongside experienced investors, sharing questions, stories, and insights in an environment free from pretence and pressure. The focus was on learning — not performing. On education — not hype.
The discussions offered powerful perspectives on how financial understanding shapes leadership. When women feel informed and steady in their relationship with money, they lead with greater clarity, courage, and independence.
I left the forum with a renewed commitment to supporting women in building financial confidence and long-term stability.
Events like this reinforce the importance of creating spaces that prioritise education, transparency, and sustainable growth. I am grateful to have been part of a community that values thoughtful investing, honest dialogue, and empowering women to lead differently through financial awareness.
