ICF Lithuania Coaching Buzz 2025

November 22, 2025

On November 22, 2025, I participated in ICF Lithuania Coaching Buzz 2025 — an inspiring international gathering of coaches and leaders exploring the evolving nature of leadership in times of uncertainty.

Hosted by ICF Lithuania, the event created a grounded and thoughtful space for meaningful dialogue around conscious leadership, resilience, and the role of coaching in today’s increasingly complex world.

One of the highlights of the day was the keynote by Eric Edmeades, who spoke about leadership as the art of guiding others through the unknown — a role that has existed from ancient tribal structures to modern boardrooms. His message resonated deeply with me: choosing coaching later in one’s career is not a transition away from leadership, but an alignment with purpose.

Several sessions focused on uncertainty not as a disruption, but as a leadership practice. Instead of resisting ambiguity, leaders can learn to work with it — to create clarity without pretending certainty. This feels especially relevant in today’s fast-changing environments.

Beyond the content itself, what made the experience meaningful was the global dimension. Connecting with coaches from different countries highlighted the depth, maturity, and shared intention within the international coaching community.

Events like Coaching Buzz remind us that uncertainty is not something to fear. It is a space for choice, creativity, and conscious leadership.

I left inspired — and grateful to witness the continued evolution of our profession.
