logOFF – mental day OFF - conference

February 5, 2026

On February 5, 2026, I volunteered as part of the organizing team at logOFF – mental day OFF, one of the largest conferences in Lithuania dedicated to emotional well-being and soft skills.

The event focused on psychology, emotional intelligence, communication, internal culture, leadership, people management, and personal growth. With multiple halls, workshops, more than 50 speakers, and over 1,000 participants — including HR professionals, L&D experts, leaders, and lifelong learners — it was a масштабный and highly dynamic gathering.

Volunteering offered a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on what it takes to build a large-scale event centered around emotional welfare and human-centered leadership. My role involved supporting participant flow, assisting speakers, helping with logistics, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the day.

Beyond the operational side, the experience provided valuable professional insights:

• A broader perspective on emotional well-being in organizational settings
• Exposure to current themes in communication, leadership, and soft skills development
• Direct interaction with professionals shaping workplace culture
• New connections across HR, coaching, and people development communities

Participating from within the organizational structure also strengthened core coaching competencies — active listening, adaptability, presence, and the ability to read group dynamics in real time.

logOFF reflected the growing emphasis in Lithuania on emotionally intelligent leadership and sustainable workplace culture.

A high-energy, well-structured event with a strong focus on human-centered growth.
