This session had a light and supportive tone, which made it easy to open up without feeling judged. It didn’t burden me with the fear of being a weak leader—instead, it gave me a sense of being truly heard. The amazing thing that Roma did was - many of the questions and uncertainties I’ve been carrying in my head were addressed, almost as if the answers were already within me, just waiting to be unlocked and she successfully gave me that realization. It felt empowering and clarifying because she is giving me real life examples. Thanks, Roma! I highly recommend coaching sessions with her. She creates an open environment and explored my thoughts without judgment. I hope I can still get some opportunities for an exciting mentoring sessions and to see what more she can help me uncover and grow into. :) Roma has a knack to make her audience feel comfortable and open to communicate. Though at first, I felt kinda hesitant to tell her about my worries but on the flip side, I was satisified that I have vent it all out without reservations. Sometimes I just need someone to talk to and give me some objective advice or a reality check. I am very happy that Roma was the one who attended me and became my leader on this. I would say since the session is already engaging by Roma giving examples on her personal experiences, I would also appreciate if she can give me some real-time feedback on how can I improve on my relationship and conflict resolution. It doesn't matter if it's criticism or a compliment, because I think that will make me grow.
